Dirt is dirty part 2
Tenessee dirt was yellow, Texan dirt is more grey. More things you might not think about: from a guy with next to no sense of smell, Arkansa smells like the smoky mountains (they might get that from california), and Texas smells like motor oil which hoenstly doesnt suprise me.
Aside from that I found a theme along the drive, the less sheetz/ wawa's you get, the more cracker barrels you run into. I swear I saw dozens of them on my trip and more so along the tail end. If you like Merica food, this is the place to be.
On top of that, the southern part of the states has a weird fetish for cowboy boots. The billboard ads for them resemble a vibe that perfume ads give off to an uncanny degree (sadly I didn't snap a photo of one).
Lastly, each state seems to have their own way of naming things. PA seems to be very european from names like Lancaster, Bristol, etc. new york is very native american in its naming format. Virginia just plagerises names. then there's Texas.. Β it's either trying to be a melting pot or its just full of itself with names like Texadelphia, Texkansa, Texas, etc...

Oh yeah and I called 83For-Truth which was an experience... those signs are everywhere.
